Comedy

The following is an unpublished essay I wrote during my first week MCing at the Comedy Cabana in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I put it on this site because I believe it gives a decent glimpse into some of the struggles that comedians, particularly beginners, face.
It should be pointed out that the night after I wrote this essay was one of the best nights I ever had in comedy, for a number of reasons. Always keep that in mind should this business ever frustrate you -- and it will.)
